Welcome to Madejasur . These terms and conditions describe the rules and regulations for the use of the website www.madejasur.com. By accessing this website, we assume that you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue using the Madejasur website if you do not accept all the terms and conditions established on this page.
All our photos are referential adjusting colors as close to reality as possible, but they may look different depending on the device you are using. Our yarns are hand-dyed in small batches, so each batch of wool is different from the other, we recommend that you buy enough yarn from the same batch for your entire project and avoid differences.
When there are no Stock of a color or product will appear the word Out of Stock, on the photo.
2) Preparation of the purchase and shipments
We ship once a week on Thursdays. (Orders processed until Tuesday 9:00 p.m., they will leave on Thursday of the same week, subsequent orders will be left for dispatch the following week) We use Starken as the main Courier. We can also send by Chilexpress and Correos de Chile if the client requires it.
All shipments must be paid on our website.
Option to withdraw at the Puerto Varas workshop, on a date and time to be agreed.
International shipping, soon.
We do not have skein winding service.
3) Returns and Exchanges
We do not give money back. If you were not satisfied with your purchase, send us an email to email@example.com with the subject CHANGE, attaching photos of the product and proof of purchase. Exchanges of products will only be received in perfect condition: original packaging, without having been used (or rolled up in the case of skeins), and with all its accessories (if applicable). We accept changes up to 10 calendar days after receiving the product. The cost of shipping both the return of the product and the shipping of the new product is borne by the customer. Changes will be made only for products in stock in the store. The processing time for the exchange is 7 business days from when we receive the returned product.
4) Product warranties
In case of factory defective products, send us an email within the first 3 months from when you received your purchase, with the word GUARANTEE in the subject, attaching photos and we will evaluate your case if it applies or not for guarantee.
5) Payment Methods
We have payment with Credit Cards via Khipu, PayPal and bank transfer *
* In the case of bank transfers, this must be made effective within the following 3 hours after purchase, otherwise, we cannot ensure the stock of the product you chose. In the subject of the transfer email you must include the order number.

Once the proof of payment has been received, your order will begin to be processed, meeting the aforementioned deadlines in point # 2
6) User privacy
We will not use your data, email, address, rout, or telephone for anything other than processing your orders. On some occasion we may send informative emails in relation to promotions, new products, our store policies or news. However, you can unsubscribe at any time.
