What is BFL?

It is a breed of sheep of the English family.

In appearance it has a blue face, but if you look closely you will see that its skin is black with white hair on it, which gives it a slightly blue appearance.

Characteristics

It has a long fiber length, this allows to reduce pilling in our garments.

The fiber of the BFL looks like mini springs, which makes it very elastic.

It has a low sheen that makes our dyes look intense and shiny.

Uses of the BFL

Excellent fiber for high wear garments such as socks and mittens.

Due to its high resistance, it is also ideal for sweaters.

Mixed with other fibers, it highlights the positive and counteracts the negative; for ex. Silk improves shine and gives it elasticity.
